Biography
Pierre Javelle learns photography at the Fine Arts although he wanted to draw and to paint. His practice of photography brings him turn by turn to be a vender of photographic works, occasional assistant, vender of films, shooter in black and white of armies, wedding photographer, developer of Ektachrome® then finally photographer. His inspiration comes from the cinema, but in particular from comic strips with which he was watered during his childhood.
