Shadow gap frame with Perspex

A luxurious finish combining the advantages of the framing and and plexiglass. The artwork with its brilliant colours seems to float in its frame.


The print is covered by an acrylic Perspex sheet. A reaction between the two liquid components causes adhesion, without glue. It is then fitted into a made-to-measure solid wood frame. The print is protected perfectly and acquires radiance and the intensity of the colours is emphasized. The space between the photograph and the framing also creates lightness and depth.

Like the mounted print, the print is stuck without overlap on a composite aluminium sheet (Dibond, Alucobond, or Tubond). This fine and light material, composed of two layers of aluminium surrounding a polyethylene core, is the most suited to perfectly conserving a very large photograph perfectly flat in the long term.

Aluminium backing with two holes allows the photo to be hung simply distancing it from the wall, therefore emphasizing it.

The photograph is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity as well as the artist’s biography on the back of the work.
